Dr Farida Sheikh, M.B.B.S, PGCE, NPQLT, QTS, is a UK-based teacher, author, and co-founder of Right Vision Academy. With over 25 years of teaching and mentoring experience, she specialises in inclusive education, curriculum development, and teacher leadership across secondary and SEND settings.
Farida is the creator of several research-informed frameworks, including the Tricycle Model, 3A’s Framework, and Wall of Knowledge — all designed to support practical, inclusive classroom strategies. As the academic lead at RVA, she develops all CPD-accredited training courses, which are officially recognised in the UK by The CPD Group.
Her mission is to make quality professional development accessible for educators everywhere. She has led training initiatives in the UK, Pakistan, and AJ&K, helping teachers overcome language, resource, and curriculum barriers through reflective, student-centred approaches.
